Customers ask us time and again who is the right person to contact for repairs and service of Humbaur products.
Your vendor is also your contact person
Here the general rule applies that your vendor is your exclusive contractual partner and therefore also your contact for repairs and services. Your local dealer can address your requirements most quickly and meet your service needs.
Purchasing via the Internet
If you have purchased a Humbaur product via the Internet, your contact person for repairs and services is your vendor in this case too. The Internet platform itself is not a contractual partner because it doesn’t actually offer any products itself. The various Internet platforms also stipulate this in their general terms and conditions. The Internet platform acts only as an agent; the contracting parties are the purchaser and vendor.
Humbaur as a product manufacturer
Of course we assume liability for faulty products within the scope of the statutory regulations for damages.
Summary
Please contact your contractual partner for any repairs or services. As a general rule, your vendor is the right person to contact for your needs. This also applies if you bought your goods online.

If you are interested in accessory parts, please contact your local dealer. Your dealer has a price list of all available accessory parts.
