The individual logistics solution from Humbaur
- The sandwich panels are equipped serially with a strong and easy-care galvanized steel top layer (PurFerro).
- For certain transport requirements we can also offer the lighter aluminium top layer (PurAlu).
- The FlexBox is ready for your individual operation purpose, whether for fresh goods or parcel deliveries.

The Humbaur FlexBox is the innovative Humbaur concept for the distribution transport. The FlexBox has been developed in close cooperation with the automobile industry and leading european logistics service provider. Variable in length, width and height it can be mounted on any vehicle type.

Renault Master through-loading combination
More payload and flexibility for your transport tasks
- The Humbaur FlexBox is being mounted on the standard Renault Master chassis.
- The vehicle has a loading height of approx. 950 mm.
- Comfortable loading of your cargo by using the lifting platform.
- For driving this vehicle only driving licence category B/BE is neccessary.
- According to the chassis the Humbaur FlexBox on the Renault Master has advantages at the payload compared to a 7,49 ton truck.
The Humbaur FlexBox is offering a flexible use as it offers
- a large range of cargo securing options,
- quick through-loading by using the combination with the trailer,
- a strong construction with a smooth surface and
- a lot of adjustments in detail which will make your day-to-day work easier.
- While driving without the trailer no special speed limit regulations apply.
The PurAlu sandwich panels
- are designed in a strong leightweight construction,
- generate an excellent insulation and optimally protect the trailer against temperature changes and weather conditions,
- are made by one piece and thereby are very ageing resistant and solid.
- The GRP-roof is translucent.
- An external rotary closure on the right-hand door.
- Three hinges per door wing.
- The box body is equipped with a light and stable wooden floor with a thickness of 15 mm.
- In the trailer a wooden floor with a thickness of 18 mm is being built-in.
The ram protection rail is

Volkswagen Transporter T6 through-loading combination
Loading quick and simple due to the low loading height
- The Humbaur FlexBox is mounted on a AL-KO low-frame chassis. Therewith we reach a very low loading height at the drawing vehicle and at the trailer.
- Transport your goods in a combination of drawing vehicle + trailer quick and easy: The box trailer is equipped with an integrated rear ramp and front doors.
- You can load your vehicle solo or in combination with the trailer, for example with roller containers.
- For driving this vehicle only driving licence category B/BE is neccessary.
The Humbaur FlexBox is offering a flexible use as it offers

A low loading height at the drawing vehicle as well as on the trailer is the characteristic of the Humbaur Volkswagen Transporter T6 through-loading combination based on the FlexBox. By the integrated rear ramp you can load your vehicle very comfortable and very fast, for example with roller containers. The construction is aligned perfectly for the distribution transport: The vehicle offers a high payload and highest sturdiness by a light and strong sandwich panel assembly. The Humbaur sandwich panels are always made by one piece. Iveco Daily refrigerated box
Fresh goods transported reliable and efficient
- The sandwich panels with a 60 mm thickness, which are made by the Humbaur PurFerro construction, offer a perfect thermal insulation and protect the trailer optimally against temperature changes.
- Together with the refrigeration unit the construction ensures efficient cooling.
- The tail lift of Dautel carries up to 1000 kg. It has LED indicators, warning flags and rollers. The underride guard swivels out when lifting and lowering.
- The box body is equipped with a light and stable wooden floor with a thickness of 15 mm.
Ram protection rails are
- mounted all around
- and 300 mm high.
- Lashing rails in front wall and side walls .
- At the front white navigation light are mounted and red ones at the back.
- A third brake light is optionally available.
- Freezing capacity minus 20 degrees Celsius: The cooling unit succeeds in cooling a room up to 28m3 with an outdoor temperature of 30 °C. With an outdoor temperature of 40 ° C, it achieves to cool 21 m3.
- Cooling capacity for fresh food services (0 + 2 ° C): With an outdoor temperature of 30 ° C, the cooling unit is able to cool a room of 36 m3. At an outdoor temperature of 40 ° C, it can cool 25 m3.
- The rear door is made of stainless steel and therefore particularly durable.
- An external rotary closure on the right-hand door.

- The insulated floor has been built with foamed crossbeams and a special aluminum sheet. The floor is thereby highly stable and light.
- The loading volume amounts to approximately 18 cubic meters.
With the Humbaur Iveco Daily refrigerated box, which is based on the FlexBox you can transport fresh goods reliably. The sandwich panels with a 60 mm thickness, which are made by the Humbaur PurFerro construction, offer a perfect thermal insulation and protect the trailer optimal against temperature changes. The panels are made by one piece and therefore are particularly strong, smooth and easy to clean. The mounted refrigeration unit is working during the ride as well as in stationary operation. The vehicle complies with the requirements of the food transport and convinces by its varied integrated cargo securing systems.
